Mielke Park & Arts Center is located about
2.5 miles north of Hwy 29 on Airport Road

Registration:
$40 advance fee,
non-refundable, for a 12' x 12' pre-assigned space.
Registration desk opens at 7:00 am. No commission
is charged.

possible. We will do our best to
accommodate your request.
The Mielke
Arts Center will be undergoing a remodeling project
this year. Please check the map when selecting
a space. We will do our best to get you a
good space.

Participation:
Exhibit and sale of Art and Crafts, ORIGINAL WORK
only!! The exhibitor is responsible for setting
up by 10:00 a.m., and for attending his/her work
at all times. The exhibitor is solely responsible
for all loss, theft or damage to any of his/her
property used in the fair. Each exhibitor is responsible
for clean-up of his/her space at the end of the
day. Exhibitors are expected to remain until the
4:00 p.m. closing. |

Groups may not exhibit.
NO KITS, MANUFACTURED or RESALE ITEMS will
be permitted.
Only
Original Art or Craft may be sold and exhibited!
Please specify the nature of the items
you're selling on the entry form.
The Fair Directors
reserve the right to reject any exhibitor.

Awards:
Judging will begin at 10:00 a.m. Awards for both
Fine Arts and Craft, Best of Show and 1st, 2nd,
3rd and a purchase award may be given. |
Information:
No pets will be allowed. Space is limited so, for
safety we request that after unloading, all vehicles
should be parked in designated areas, preferably
Homewood Rd.
Please send a self addressed stamped envelope, their
will be no confirmation without it.

Deadline:
Exhibitors registered early will have their names &
locations shown on the map of the grounds. Entries
accepted from January 1st until July 22nd 2012. |

Wisconsin Sales Tax:
Please note it is the exhibitors responsibility
for collecting applicable Wisconsin taxes on their
sales (5.5%). Be sure to show your Wisconsin Tax
Number or Social Security Number on your application
where indicated. |
